ORIGINAL-CIN/NETFLIX GIVEAWAY: Canadian author Iain Reid's novel-turned-movie I'm Thinking of Ending Things

Netflix’s I’m Thinking of Ending Things - with Jessie Buckley on route to a strange visit with her boyfriend’s parents (Toni Collette and David Thewlis) - is not just the latest existential turn by writer/director Charlie Kaufman.

It’s a film treatment of the book by Canadian author Iain Reid.  His debut novel, it was a finalist for the Shirley Jackson Award for psychological suspense and horror.

And we’ve got two copies of Reid’s book from Simon & Shuster to give away. At 6 p.m. Thursday, we’ll draw two names from among respondents who answer this skull-testing question.
